Returns Policy

 

We offer free returns within 21 days of your purchase for UK customers, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags, cases, and packaging included.

  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.

  • Any product showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

How to Make a Return:

  1. Notify us of your return by emailing contact@heritagegaze.com within 21 days of receiving your order.

  2. Follow the instructions provided in the return confirmation email and use the prepaid return label included with your package.

  3. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 working days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, colour, or size, follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your return, we will dispatch the replacement item (subject to availability).

Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and typically delivered within 3-5 working days in the UK.

  • Free standard UK delivery on orders over £50.

  • Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.

​Refunds

​

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

  • It may take up to 7-10 business days for your bank to process and reflect the refund in your account.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at contact@heritagegaze.com with photos and details of the issue. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you.

​UK Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
